Real-Time Clinical Advice Phone-Lines

OHSU Addiction Medicine Consult Line

The OHSU Addiction Consult Line provides free, same-day phone consultation to Oregon physicians, advance practice providers, pharmacists and other staff treating addiction.

Oregon Psychiatric Access Line (OPAL)

The Oregon Psychiatric Access Line (OPAL) provides free, same-day, Monday through Friday, child and adult psychiatric phone consultation to primary care providers in Oregon treating the following populations:

OPAL-K about Kids
OPAL-A about Adults
OPAL-DBP about Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics

OPAL is a collaboration between OHSU's Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, the Oregon Pediatric Society (OPS) and the Oregon Council of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (OCCAP).

Harm Reduction and Bridges to Care Clinic

The Harm Reduction and Bridges to Care Clinic (HRBR) provides low barrier, on-demand access to medications for addiction treatment to people who are interested in cutting back or stopping their drug or alcohol use.  Its team consists of physicians, advance practice providers, a care transitions coordinator and a peer recovery specialist. It accepts any and no insurance.

PRIME+ Peer Support

The PRIME+ Peer Program connects certified peer recovery support specialists with people who are at risk of or receiving treatment for overdose, infection, or other health issues related to substance use. Click for the PRIME+ list of peer teams by county in Oregon.
